RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Club Tidal, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The item is not a sale or discounted item (sale items are final sale)
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice)
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Items without original tags
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Email us at tohafhaenterprise@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item to our address — return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary — please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for size or colour subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, email us at tohafhaenterprise@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
