PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 cities (Surat, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Nagpur, Chandigarh, etc.): 4–6 business days
- Tier 3 cities and remote areas: 6–9 business days
These are estimated times and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
- Orders below ₹999: flat ₹60 shipping charge.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing your order. Club Tidal is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
